Sales Development Working Student (m/f/d)
We are looking for a motivated working student (m/f/d) in Sales Development who is keen to explore the exciting world of cold calling and help us develop new business opportunities. This position is ideal for students who want to gain their first practical experience in sales and enjoy working on the phone.

Your Mission
- Cold calling: Contacting potential customers and introducing fraud0 to arouse interest and identify potential needs.
- Qualifying leads: Determining whether fraud0 offers the right solution for the potential customer’s challenges and preparing them for further discussions.
- Making appointments: Support in planning and organizing meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Data maintenance in CRM: Documentation of meetings and recording of relevant information.
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead qualification and handover.
Your Profile
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a business, communications or technology-related degree programme.
- Initial experience in customer contact or telephone canvassing is an advantage, but not a must.
- Communicative and self-confident personality with pleasure in telephone customer contact.
- Goal-orientated and motivated to inspire potential customers with innovative solutions.
- Fluent in German; good knowledge of English is a plus.
- Availability of approx. 15-20 hours per week.
