_your mission

Establishment and implementation of an effective Event Marketing strategy (online and in-person) to facilitate demand generation

Own the objectives of product marketing. Drive strategy and initiatives for prospects and current customers, including product newsletters, feature landing pages, and sales collateral (like onepagers, whitepapers, slide decks, videos)

Full responsibility for the Event Marketing funnel, from lead generation through nurturing to conversion, using Pardot’s engagement studio programs

Lead strategic planning of the annual and quarterly events calendar and budget (in close collaboration with the CMO)

Full responsibility over the Events Marketing budget with a focus on delivering high quality leads (MQLs and SQLs) and generating pipeline, while maximizing the return on investment of each event

Guidance to plan, promote, execute and report on all our events

Develop effective product marketing strategies and positionings (pricing, advertising, product and feature launches)

Plan, execute, and handle all aspects of conference sponsorships, including coordination of logistics such as equipment, marketing collateral, promotional giveaways, and company travel requirements

Design and oversee all promotional activities before, during, and after campaigns in partnership with cross-functional Marketing stakeholders, as well as the Sales team, to ensure effective lifecycle marketing

Manage external relationships (vendors, venues, agencies, and media partners) to ensure smooth operations and ensure maximum value

Optimally use our products and new features via communications and marketing campaigns (e.g. newsletters)

Develop effective product marketing strategies and positionings (pricing, advertising, product and feature launches)

_your profile

A minimum of 4 years in Product Marketing roles for B2B SaaS companies that operate across markets and serve Enterprise, MidMarket and SelfServe segments

Strong technical and product understanding: you fully understand how our software and/or new features work from a technical point of view

Comprehensive project management skills

Demonstrable knowledge of product marketing campaigns and channels for successful campaign execution, especially websites, email marketing, and various digital sales collateral

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders efficiently through the project lifecycle

Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and build helpful processes

Industry knowledge: where our audience is, what they are interested in

Effective communication with internal stakeholders to get buy-in

Leadership and management skills (internal and external stakeholders)

Proficiency in the following tools: Asana, Pardot/Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets

English and German language fluency (C1 or above)
