Your Mission
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team
- Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, prepare and report activities for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results
- Compare sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; make any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets
- Process accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and bank accounts
- Verify, allocate, post, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of accounting information
- Manage invoices and travel expenses
- Monthly reportings of VAT and tax authorities
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience in general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
- Experience in reporting of group companies
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- DATEV knowledge (big plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in German and English
