_your mission

Building and maintaining trusting relationships with clients and offer support with questions about the product

Building comprehensive understanding of clients business challenges

Collaborate with multiple contacts on both the client and agency side Prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple ongoing projects

Acting as the main point of contact for clients and agencies in their implementation and execution of our fraud0 service - Regularly updating them on the latest developments

Contribute to the development, coordination and activation of short, medium and long term client plans designed to meet and exceed client business objectives

_your profile

At least two years of professional experience in the fields of ad tech, online marketing, cyber security or in a consulting and customer-oriented position, such as key account management, customer service or media planning.

Successfully completed training or a degree in business administration, IT, linguistics or a similar course of study

A high affinity for IT and technology, as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills

Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and self-confidence in your professional appearance and actions when dealing with customers

Business fluent in German and English (C2 or C1)

Further language skills on business level are a big plus
