_your mission

Product development, you will conceptualize new products, including conceptual design and implementation, and continuously improve products, you will handle product QA and release, you will be responsible for product training for employees

Roadmap design, you will take over priorities/products of stakeholders to plan in roadmap, you take over roadmap schedule creation and control, you take over roadmap prioritization, you take over regular presentation of the roadmap, you take over the creation and maintenance of epics

Technical support internal and external, you will be the technical contact for customers, you will be the technical support for presales, you will be responsible for technical support at trade shows, you will be responsible for debugging incoming bugs and preparing them for the developer

Process management, you take over the introduction of new processes: Scrum, ticket system, etc, you take over the improvement of existing processes: prioritization across stakeholders, prioritization ticket system, scrum review

_your profile

You have just graduated or have 1-2 years of work experience in a product role in a software or technology company (SaaS) - alternatively, you have already released your own products

You have a high affinity for digital products and an extensive understanding of product development

You can use your skills to clearly communicate our product benefits in words and pictures

You have a talent for language and a good graphic sense, as well as a high affinity for IT and an understanding of technology

You are willing to take on responsibility and drive topics forward

You have a hands-on mentality

You are fluent in written and spoken German and English for excellent communication within and outside the company
